Refund & Returns Policy – Wren Indian:

All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection. 

If you have any questions or concerns about anything at all, please let us know. We are happy to assist you. 

Due to the natural characteristics of real leather, minor variations in shade, grain, and texture are not considered defects.

Note: Products showing signs of use will NOT be eligible for refund.

 

Personalized / Embossed Products:

All personalized or embossed items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.

Please ensure spellings and customization details are entered correctly before placing your order.

Note: Wren Indian is NOT responsible for errors entered by customers during personalization.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos and an unboxing video

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

 

Additional Information:

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
