Shipping Policy – Wren Indian

 

1. Order Processing Time:

Current lead time for shipping orders is 3-4 business weeks.
Personalized or embossed orders require additional time and are processed within 3–5 business days (exclusive of the current lead time).
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time (India):

Standard shipping within India typically takes:
3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations.

3. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Wren Indian is not responsible for delays caused by:
i) Courier partners
ii) Natural disruptions
iii) Public holidays
iv) Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

6. Incorrect Address:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Lost or Damaged in Transit:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Provide supporting evidence such as photos or unboxing video (if applicable).
We will coordinate with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund after investigation.
