3. Product Information & Natural Variations:

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Minor variations in shade, grain, texture, and markings are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Each leather product is unique and may differ slightly from images shown.
These natural variations are part of the authenticity and character of real leather. 

4. Pricing & Payment:

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue products without notice.
Cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments must be completed successfully before an order is processed.

5. Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Personalized or embossed orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
After the allowed cancellation window, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

6. Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final. However, in the event of malfunction, defect, or failure, we may offer a refund or exchange upon:
Return receipt of the product
Complete product inspection and verification
Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage caused by misuse will not be eligible for refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is verified as defective.
Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Personalized / Embossed Products:

All personalized or embossed products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
Names
Spellings
Dates
Customization details
are entered correctly before placing the order.
Wren Indian is not responsible for errors entered by customers during personalization.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs and an unboxing video as proof
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Wren Indian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms of Service:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
